- We serve the right to request additional requirement/s if the embassy requires.
- Once submitted to the embassy we do not allow to borrow nor pull out the documents.
- All submitted documents will not be returned to the applicants except for the original passport.
- Visa applicants must observe proper conduct and decorum during the visa application process.
- Please be advised that the Korean Embassy has the discretion to grant or deny the visa.
- Applicants are RESTRICTED to claim their own passports at KVAC or Korean Embassy. Visa results
found on the portal do not guarantee that passports are available for pick-up at our branches. - STRICTLY NO PULLING OUT OF PASSPORTS. Cancelled Application should wait for the release
date. It will only be granted under HUMANITARIAN requests due to death of an immediate
family member or life-threatening medical reason. - Processing is 15 to 20 business days. It may be earlier or later than 20 working days. We will
inform you through text message or call once your passport is available for pick-up. - Please bring the original receipt upon passport claiming.
- STRICTLY clients/one of the applicants can claim upon releasing their passport.
